How many packs do I receive?
Each box comes with 30 packs. Each pack is created to be taken daily. If you are a subscriber, once you're near the end of a month (30 days) of vitamins, we'll be preparing a new box to arrive before your month ends.
Do I need an account to sign up?
No, The site actually won't allow you to create an account until you've placed an order. After you order, you'll be prompted to create an account.
I can't make an account, what should I do?
The site won't allow you to create an account until you've placed an order. Until that happens, you're welcome to take the survey (and with cookies your recommendations will be saved) and browse the site. After you order, you'll be prompted to create an account.
Where do you ship?
Currently we are only shipping to Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont. We'll expand our shipping options soon!

How does my subscription work?
It’s easy! We send you a box of monthly delicious gummy vitamins (30 packs) every thirty days. You can edit your subscriptions or future packs any time, and we always remind you a couple days before any renewal order processes.
When will I receive my box each month (30 days)?
Renewals are set to be delivered every month (30 days) starting from your first delivery.
Can I delay my next ship date?
Yes, you can! In your account you have the options to delay your next delivery by a week, two weeks, or a month. You can find this by signing in and clicking into your plan while logged into our site. If you have an order that just processed or is in transit, any changes you make will be applied to your next, unprocessed order.
Can I just order one month's worth and not be subscribed?
Absolutely. That option will be available once you see your recommendation.
Can I change the frequency of my orders?
At the moment we only offer the monthly shipping option. In your account you have the ability to delay your next order by a week, two weeks, or a month.
No problem! Just go to www.myvitafusionpacks.com and click "sign in" on the top right corner. If you forgot your password, type in your email address and click "forgot password". Then you'll be emailed a link to reset your password!
Can I have my nickname printed on the packs instead of my first name?
Definitely. You can have any name you want printed on your pack. When you take the quiz and we ask for your name, you can put whatever you like.
Can I add things to my plan that aren't recommended to me?
Your recommendation has two components: a base pack, to provide you a comprehensive gummy viamin regimen according to your needs and a booster pack for your occasional concerns. You can add, change or remove your booster packs as you wish.
Is there a way to retake the entire quiz?
Sure! Click the Retake the quiz button on your Profile. You’ll be guided through the original quiz again and new recommendations will appear when you’re all done.
I started retaking the quiz and exited out. How do I continue from where I left off?
Right now you have to get fully through the quiz for it to save, so if you closed out you’ll have to start again from scratch.
Are My Vitafusion Packs tested for contaminants and purity?
We use internal and external qualified laboratories to test our products for identity, purity, and potency. We test all our products, as well as raw materials used to make those products.

vitafusion™ gummies do not inherently contain gluten, and there is no gluten containing materials stored at the manufacturing facility. All of our products are tested to ensure compliance with the regulations of > 20 ppm gluten.

Each pack is designed for people with different lifestyles, and therefore different nutrient needs. The survey will help us suggest a custom pack that is suited to your lifestyle. Shipping & Tracking
Can I update my shipping address?
Yes! Log in to your account and you can change your address for future orders under the "billing" tab. If an order has already processed, this change will affect your next order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We want to help you to start your new vitamin regimen as soon as possible. Your order will be shipped overnight. To experience your gummy vitamins at its best, do not expose your deliveries to heat and direct sunlight.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders $49 and up, and $8 for orders under $49.
When your upcoming order is in transit, you can check the delivery status by going to My Plan > Order History > Tracking. If an order is processing, it will update with tracking information as soon as the carrier scans the order into their sorting facility. You'll also also receive an email when that happens.
My order status is "delivered" but I never received it. What happened?
